The Illinois Terminal Reception Facility is a unique site for your event. It is near the center of downtown Champaign, and is easily accessible from Interstates 57 and 74. The Illinois Terminal Building offers spacious parking for your event with parking lots both east and west of the facility.

The Illinois Terminal Banquet Center offers 6,155 square feet of banquet and special event space. The fourth floor north banquet room no. 401 has 3,809 square feet and can accommodate between 150-250 guests depending on the event. The fourth floor south banquet room no. 403 has 2,346 square feet and can accommodate between 100-150 guests depending on the event. The second floor Conference Room no. 202 has 1,000 square feet and can accommodate between 20-75 guests depending on the event.

Food Service Requirements:
Cameron’ Catering has exclusive rights to all food and beverage service at the Illinois Terminal Banquet Facility (fourth floor banquet rooms). It is not permissible for our clients to bring in any food or beverages without the express written permission of Cameron’s Catering.

Minimum Food and Beverage Requirements:

Friday afternoon through Sunday evenings:
For Events with less than 100 people the minimum sales requirement is $2000.00 in food and non alcohol sales plus 8.25% sales tax, applicable miscellaneous charges and labor.

For events with more than 100 guests the minimum sales requirements are $20.00 per person in food and non alcohol sales plus 8.25% sales tax, applicable miscellaneous charges and labor.

Friday and Saturday evenings the total revenue for any event cannot be less than $2500.00 in Food and Beverage Sales. This amount does not include, taxes and any applicable room rental.

Monday mornings through Thursday evenings:
No set minimum requirements.
